Principal’s Message:-

Health is the most important and valuable asset and the greatest wealth of making. Health is the wealth and Health of the people is the Natural Wealth of the Nation.
To meet the demand of acute shortage of trained and qualified graduate nurses not only in Rajasthan but in India, we took up the challenge by establishing Shri Balaji College of Nursing for imparting B.Sc. Nursing-4 year degree course exclusively and to prepare nursing graduates to assume responsibility for care of the patient at hospital and community level and also enabling these trained and qualified nursing personnel to get job opportunities very economically in better position….

About Faculty :

At “Shri Balaji College of Nursing” the number and quality of the faculty are sufficient to provide program continuity, proper frequency of course offerings and breadth of perspective across the academic disciplines. The overall competence and effectiveness of the faculty are manifested by such factors as professional certification, up-to-date knowledge of the subject matter, teaching experience, teaching effectiveness, ability to communicate in English, teaching evaluations, extracurricular support for student activities and similar attributes as appropriate to the goals of the program.

Our faculty is theologically informed, professionally skilled and experienced practitioners in their spheres of expertise. They are dedicated to getting to know the students and imparting not just knowledge but also wisdom and life.

Shri Balaji College of Nursing relies on the quality of its faculty. We have innovative policies to attract best faculty members. Practicing professionals who are employed as part-time teachers enhance the quality of many programs. At the same time, the use of Full - Time Faculty brings challenges with regard to internal communication, and selection and supervision.
